From working as a private chef for families, I have become well aware that life happens and it can often block you from taking action towards the healthy lifestyle you want.
My mission is to help you figure out what your body needs, perhaps refer you to another professional (nutritionist, dietitian, or therapist) for expert consultation or testing then together we can come up with a sustainable holistic health plan tailored specifically to suit your lifestyle and goals. I help you adapt in a way that suits your lifestyle; and we work together to ensure that at every step of the way, your programme is sustainable.
